Epoxy Coated Steel Tanks
Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) is an electrostatically applied coating system with superior coverage and uniform coating thickness. AkzoNobel high-tech RESICOAT R4-ES used on the internal surface combined with the ultra durable INTERPON D2525 on the external surface ensures high performance corrosion resistance for storage tanks and silos. The internal coating RESICOAT R4-ES is NSF/ANSI 61 certified for drinking water contact, and the internal contact surface of every panels are zero defects tested at 1100v before delivering to the clients.
Bolted Stainless Steel Tanks
Stainless steel is a group of iron-based alloys that contain a minimum of approximately 11% chromium that prevents the iron from rusting and provides heat-resistant properties. Stainless steel bolted tanks and silos utilise the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel which can be used in many liquid and dry bulk storage applications. Without the need for any further protection stainless steel tanks and silos can give robust long-term service with the added benefit of an excellent recycling value when the tank is no longer required.
Aluminum Geodesic Dome
The Aluminum Geodesic Dome is a self-supporting cover used for municipal water and wastewater storage, petrochemical terminals, bulk material storage facilities and architectural structures, where the storage product and the structural tank components must be protected from atmospheric and environmental influences, while the same time, minimize hazardous vapour emissions and preventing water from entering the storage tanks. They can be used for both new tanks and retrofit projects.
The biogas holder is suitable for storage of various gases, such as biogas, landfill gas, natural gas, etc. It consists of the bottom membrane (accompanied with floor membrane), inner membrane, outer membrane, sealing system, membrane blowing fan, pressure protector, intelligent control cabinet and other accessories. The outer membrane forms an outer sphere shape to enable protection function. The inner membrane and the bottom membrane form an inner cavity to store the biogas. The membrane blowing fan can automatically adjust the gas inflow and outflow volume to maintain the stability of the air pressure in the gas holder and protect the outer membrane under severe weather conditions.
