On December 12, 2020, sponsored by Junlebao Dairy Group, China Overseas Huaneng Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., "Wei County Junlebao Husbandry Sewage Harmless Treatment and Utilization project kick-off ceremony" was successfully held at Junlebao No. 4 Ranch in Wei County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province.
Although there was heavy fog and cold wind on the day of the launch ceremony, the guests still couldn't stop their enthusiastic attention to the project. In recent years, with the improvement of the comprehensive production capacity of China’s animal husbandry, the pollution problem of livestock and poultry manure in the breeding industry has become increasingly prominent. The Junlebao Manure Project in Wei County has been implemented by YHR in accordance with the principle of "reduce, harmless, resourceization and ecologicalization", is a large-scale biogas cogeneration project for the harmless treatment and utilization of pasture waste.
The project has been fully advanced since October 2019. It is based on pastures, relies on biogas power generation and sewage treatment technologies, uses manure and straw as raw materials, and integrates six modules including anaerobic engineering, biogas power generation, flue gas waste heat utilization, biogas residue recycling, aquaculture wastewater treatment, and organic fertilizer planting, and the structure is optimized. It can treat 450,000 tons of sewage per year, produce 10,000,000 cubic meters of biogas, generate 18,000,000 kilowatt hours per year, and produce 30,000 tons biogas residue. The unity of economic and social benefits is realized.
After the kick-off ceremony, the "New Starting Point, Energy Concentration, Dream of Source-Discussion Forum on Large-scale Dairy Farm Manure Treatment Mode" co-sponsored by YHR and GIZ (German International Cooperation Agency) and co-organized by China Overseas Huaneng, YHR shared the "advantages of the technological route of manure treatment in large-scale farms" with many dairy leaders on the spot. The atmosphere on the scene was harmonious, and the guests all said they had gained a lot.
